| Age Requirements: | Applicants must be 18 years or older. |
| Income Requirements: | The gross monthly income of all applicants will be considered jointly and must equal at least three to four times the rent amount. |
| Employment Verification: | Must be currently employed and/or provide additional source(s) of verifiable income that meets property income requirements. Employment should be expected to last for lease term. |
| Credit Requirements: | The immediate past two years credit history will be reviewed and must show satisfactory information. |
| Rental History: | The immediate past two years residency history will be reviewed and must show satisfactory information. |
| Criminal History: | Applicant must have no criminal convictions involving violence, firearms, moral turpitude or illegal drugs. |
A $30.00 non-refundable application fee will be required on each application. A $10.00 additional non-refundable application fee will be required for each roommate.
