Property Management Program

Fee:  20% of the first full month's rent and 10% of all other rent collected with a $30.00 per month minimum.  In the event property needs extensive repair or renovation before it can be rented, manager may charge an additional fee if expected to oversee.  Properties that normally rent for less than one year may have a different fee schedule.

Service

1. Find and screen tenants

2. Sign lease agreement on behalf of owner

3. Collect rent

4. Authorize and oversee repairs (dollar amount limited by management agreement before contacting owner)

5. Send statement to owner each month of income and expenses with a check for any monies due

6. Once property is rented, manager will make mortgage payments at owner's option.

One Time Rental Agreement

Company will find and screen tenant, but does not manage on a monthly basis.  The charge for this will be 50% of a full month's rent.
